Bone Builders is specifically designed for individuals with osteopenia or osteoporosis. Developed in 2015 by Dr. Belinda Beck, a world leader in bone health research, Onero is based on groundbreaking studies, including the well-known LIFTMOR trials, which demonstrate that the right kind of exercise can significantly improve bone density and strength, as well as reduce fall risk.

Catherine is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Roanoke College, where she played collegiate tennis for all 4 years and her Associate of Science Physical Therapy Assistant degree from Florida State College of Jacksonville. She has a passion for being active and helping her patients reaching their fullest potential. Before joining Scoliosis PT Jax, she worked for outpatient clinic that utilizes flexibility, and light muscle strengthening, as well as manual techniques to restore function and improve the quality of life for patients of all ages.

Catherine has grown up playing tennis and even taught at various clubs around the Jacksonville area. Teaching tennis Catherine learned how to provide a motivating, and enjoyable environment for all of her various skill level athletes.

In her spare time she enjoys running, playing tennis, and walking her dog. You can also catch Catherine cheering on her husband on the golf course.

Kelly is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and graduate of Florida State College of Jacksonville. She brings over seven years of experience in the rehabilitation field, with a strong foundation in outpatient care and a passion for helping individuals improve their strength and mobility.

With a background in weightlifting and strength training, Kelly integrates functional movement and corrective exercise into her treatment approach. She has completed the Pilates for Scoliosis course through Polestar Pilates and is currently pursuing her Reformer Pilates certification through Balanced Body to further expand her ability to support clients with spinal conditions and postural imbalances.

Outside of the clinic, Kelly enjoys spending time with her son, Parker, staying active through workouts, and exploring new places through travel and outdoor adventures.

Donné Odile has been a physical therapist for over 20 years. Her love for helping people brought her to the world of scoliosis. She proudly founded ScoliosisPTJax in 2019 with a focus on Scoliosis for both children, adolescents, and adults.

Donné graduated from the University of Georgia with a BS in Biology and received her Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from the Medical College of Georgia. She is certified in the Schroth Method for treating scoliosis and kyphosis through the Schroth Barcelona Institute and Scoliosis and Spine Online Learning. She has attended multiple continuing education courses for scoliosis, kyphosis, and other back conditions and is pursuing her certification in Barnes myofascial technique and Posture Restoration Institute courses.

Donné is married and has 3 boys, Justin, Brayden, and Andan. When she is not in the studio she loves spending time with her family outside at the beach, hiking, or traveling.

Liz graduated from Florida Community College of Jacksonville in 2000 as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA.) She has over 25 years of experience in sports therapy. With a strong background in manual therapy, strength training, and post-operative rehabilitation, she has helped countless patients regain mobility and confidence in their daily lives.

Liz was a competitive gymnast for 12 years in her youth and is a nationally ranked weightlifter (2020-2023) and incorporates correct form and alignment when working with clients to ensure they build strength and stability safely. She has advanced training in mat & reformer Pilates from Balanced Body and Pilates for Scoliosis from Polestar Pilates. Liz is passionate about helping individuals recover from injuries, optimize movement, enhance overall well-being and empower women to be stronger than they know.

Liz lives in Saint Johns, FL with her husband, dog, and 3 teenage kids. When she’s not in the clinic, you can find her weightlifting, playing with her dog, and spending time with family and friends.
